1. What products can I customize at Ottonl?
We offer custom t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, accessories, and other creative products. Almost anything in our store can be personalized to make it unique for you or your loved ones.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location (EU, UK, USA) and the complexity of your custom product. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. Can I return or exchange a custom product?
Customized items are generally non-returnable, unless there is a defect or error on our part. Standard items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package until it arrives.
