Refund Policy

At RhodeCover, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before submitting a request.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be purchased directly from RhodeCover.com.
  • Refunds requested due to personal preference, including color tone, scent, size perception or change of mind, are not considered product defects.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Cosmetic products, including lip gloss, are non-refundable once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, damage or alteration are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Such cases are covered under our 1-year manufacturing guarantee.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • If a return does not meet our refund conditions, the refund may be refused.
