Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 48 hours after your purchase. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days.

We monitor your package until it reaches you. If we notice a delivery issue, we will contact you as soon as possible. For smoother delivery, we recommend entering your phone number during checkout.

We offer free shipping. If your package is lost while in transit, we will send a replacement.

Note: This replacement protection applies only while the package is in transit. If the order is marked as delivered and the shipping carrier provides delivery proof, RhodeCover cannot take responsibility for the package after delivery.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To start a refund request, please contact us at support@rhodecover.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all included packaging where possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs, if any, are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you are not happy with your item, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, RhodeCover will cover the return shipping cost and help you with a replacement or refund.

If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
