Refund Policy
At RhodeCover, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before submitting a request.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must meet all of the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- Products must be purchased directly from RhodeCover.com.
- Refunds requested due to personal preference, including color tone, scent, size perception or change of mind, are not considered product defects.
Non-Refundable Items
- Cosmetic products, including lip gloss, are non-refundable once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, damage or alteration are not eligible for a refund.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Such cases are covered under our 1-year manufacturing guarantee.
- Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- If a return does not meet our refund conditions, the refund may be refused.
