The cover came and they were really great at following up making sure it was delivered, since the postal company didnt send info on where to pick it up. They researched and wrote me everything i needed to get the package.
Unfortunately i received the wrong case. I ordered it for iphone 13 Pro but received it for iphone 13 - so it didnt fit my daughters phone.
I wrote them about this, and Maria wrote me to let me know they will send a new and correct cover for her phone. So we got a really good service :)

Not a hard case. Very flexible but not in a good way. Its good for esthetics.
