Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
β’ Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
β’ Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
β’ Products must have been purchased directly from RhodeCover.com.
β’ Returns requested due to personal preference (such as color tone, scent, size perception, or change of mind) are not considered defects.
π« Non-Returnable Items
β’ Cosmetic products (including lip gloss) are non-returnable once opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
β’ Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

β’ For returns due to personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
β’ Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
β’ For approved returns due to defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by RhodeCover.

β’ If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
β’ Such cases are covered under our 1-year guarantee.
β’ Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
